Newly built swimming school with a 5m x 10m pool, it is a heated and enclosed facility with a natural wooden look. Space for reception and landtraining area aswell as sufficient seating space for spectators. Toilets and changerooms are also part of the structure. We currently have 70 clients and are situated conveniently in the East on the property of a Nursery School and Church. We have one maintenance person that knows the ins and outs of the facility and who stays on the property for extra security. We started this together as a family venture, my two brothers and I. They have both moved overseas when they got married and I am looking to immigrate too, therefor we need someone to take over the facility as soon as possible.
